Welcome to the ACTIVITY Forms Repository for Troop 2020!

 

 

Here you can find all the needed forms for the BSA, it's scout camps/activities as well as for other entities where Troop 2020 participates.

If a form doesn't exist for an upcoming activity, we will try and upload it at least a week prior to the scheduled activity so that you may download, review, complete and send it in.

Many of the forms can be filled out on your computer and then saved.  For those forms that are computer aided we would ask that in addition to printing the form for your boy that you also EMAIL a copy of it to Jim Christian (jims1911@sbcglobal.net) and David Wieda (DGWieda@gmail.com).  We will then upload that completed form to our private online storage folder (Troop 2020 Scout Master & Asst. Scout Masters only) for safe keeping.  This provides easy access to the data in the event your son loses or forgets the printed form required for admission and/or particitpation at an activity.
